About the plant

Last year our company celebrated its fifteenth anniversary. Those years were not simple - years of searching, formation, development and at the same time - years of successes, progress and inventions. As a result of long-term productive efforts Lugansk plant of pipeline fittings "Specavtomatika", which is well-known by MARSHALTM products, became a leading manufacturer of stop valves in the CIS countries. Our products are represented by our business partners in the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, Moldova, Kazakhstan, Lithuania, Latvia and Estonia.
The priority task for our company is to provide a customer with high-quality product as a result of permanent implementation of innovative technology into the production process, expansion of existing production facilities, enhancement of management and quality control systems. Quality control is carried out at all production stages - from procurement of materials to inspection of the finished product. Quality of the produced ball valves is attested by certification centers of Ukraine, Russia, Byelorussia, certificate of correspondence to the requirements of international Quality Management System ISO 9001:2000 (certificate No 213531).
MARSHAL ТМ constantly participates in international exhibitions. In 2005 the company became the finalist of the National Product (goods, works, services) Quality Contest “100 best goods of Ukraine”, and in 2007 we become the winner of this contest.
Today we can offer a customer s 11s67p (KZSHs41nzh) in 44 standard sizes from DN - 10 up to DN - 350/300, pressure PN 16 and PN 25. Annual additions to production volume make about 50 %, but we are not going to dwell on the reached level. The plant is rapidly expanding; scheduled product diversification will allow offering our customers a wider choice of products that meet the most strict quality and reliability requirements for pipeline fittings.

Ball valves are intended to be installed as a locking device that completely closes flow of the operating medium in pipelines transporting cold and hot water, natural gas, oil products and other mild-aggressive mediums in the temperature range from -30˚C to +180˚C, and at temperatures from -60˚C to +180˚C for climatic arrangement HL1 (cold climate).
