Seminars

On the 17th of April 2008 the first open seminar «Shutoff valves for water-, heat-, oil- and gas supply» aimed at technicians from different industry sectors involved in design and assembling of pipeline systems was held in Kiev, Ukraine. The seminar was organized by Marketing Centre «Pipeline valves», limited liability company «Interekst Ltd» – the largest Ukrainian trader on the market of shut-off valves -, Lugansk plant of pipeline valves ZAO LSP PPA and ZAO «Specavtomatika», representing MARSHAL ТМ products.

The seminar was mainly aimed at review of progress trends in the field, current standards for shut-off accessories, procedure for selection of high-quality and reliable accessories developed by NPF CKBA, St. Petersburg, and presented by technical director Semen Dynaevskij, and presentation of MARSHALТМ ball valves.

G. Grak was the chairman of the seminar. The seminar proceeded in the mode of mutual dialogue: participants set problems, and organizers tried to give mostly detailed answers. Some questions developed into hot debates, giving birth to new ideas aimed at satisfaction of the market demands. Certain issues discussed at the seminar will shortly reflected in new developments of Lugansk plant "MARSHAL", announced to be presented by the beginning of the next year.

As a whole, the seminar evoked pleasant impression. We hope that in future the organizers will establish similar events, promoting exchange of up-to-date essential information on progress and state of business in the field of shut-off accessories.
