Due to marketing analysis that permits to form a clear idea of consumer’s requirements and demand in pipeline valves, exact strategic plans for the company were formulated.
The following issues should be referred to as the basic purposes stated by the company shareholders:
- gaining the largest share of the European pipeline valves market, at the same time retaining high profitability;
- ensuring low-cost production due to high performance and up-to-date technique of all business-processes within the company;
- building-up of effective distribution system;
- securing the leading position among the suppliers of ball valves in CIS based on the widest product range, better quality and customer service.
